Leadership Lab is worked closely with the Lincoln University Agribusiness and Economics Research Unit between 2019 and 2022 to explore pathways to increase the profile and prosperity of New Zealand agri-foods organisations. The research programme was titled Unlocking Export Prosperity and was supported by the MBIE Endeavour Fund. Under the direction of AERU, the Leadership Lab team (led by Pete Cammock and Gabrielle Wall) collaborated with research teams from Plant and Food (led by Roger Harker) and the Ngāi Tahu Research Centre (led by John Reid). A range of Aotearoa New Zealand case studies were developed in this time.
