Wellbeing Community of Practice

Leadership Lab has partnered with New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience, MOE and Mātauraka Mahaanui to design and deliver the Secondary Wellbeing Community of Practice which involves over 150 staff and students from all 33 secondary schools in Canterbury working together through workshops, projects and mentoring.

"Could quickly "recognise" situations and scenarios, identify and then share best practice "theory"-. But the greatest impact was the realisation that incredible, necessary solutions could come from our lived experience"
