Māmā and Step Māmā to 6 smart, sassy and talented kids. Married to the love of my life Matai’a Salatielu. A background in Youth Work as a volunteer for Te Hou Ora (now Te Ora Hou) as a 19 year old and have been a part of the organisation ever since –surely that was only 10 or so years ago

Cultural advocate, a Womens advocate, a People advocate, a people challenger, passionate about my culture, fascinated by other peoples culture, life long member of learning te reo me ōna tikanga.

In another life: Wanna be dancer, artist, writer, designer, chef, minimalist.

  • Adaptability- I can respond to easily to what is needed at the time
  • Deliberative- I take care to think things through
  • Relator- I have a small circle of friends that I can trust
  • Ideation- I love thinking creatively
