Erica Austin (she/her) is a versatile Community Weaver, Facilitator, Designer, Photographer, Experience Curator, CliftonStrengths Coach, and Leadership Consultant. Her multifaceted expertise encompasses guiding individuals and teams toward growth, fostering inclusive team cultures, facilitating collective impact initiatives, and offering strategic foresight.

Drawing from her background in architecture, Erica possesses a unique ability to bridge conversations across diverse communities, industries, and sectors. Her superpower lies in designing and curating experiences that not only highlight individual strengths but also foster collaboration and inclusivity, whether in-person or virtually.

At the heart of Erica’s work is a commitment to a strengths-based approach, where she leverages the unique talents and capabilities of individuals and teams to create meaningful and dynamic spaces for collective growth. Through her involvement with Leadership Lab, Erica co-leads programmes dedicated to amplifying marginalised voices, promoting allyship, and fostering intersectionality—all rooted in a strengths-based framework aimed at driving systemic change.

Erica is a Leadership Consultant and Impact Strategist with Leadership Lab and currently co-leading a new initiative, Te Whāriki, focused on Intersectionality and Systems Change.
