With a Master’s degree in Architecture, Erica has a passion for human-centric design approaches to solving local and global issues. She founded E.A.Curation which focuses on experience curation and inclusive practice aimed at creating safe and dynamic spaces for collaborative impact. She works with non-profits, government agencies, businesses and education providers across New Zealand to encourage cross sector conversation and co-create forums and platforms for collective contribution. She also loves working with young people and believes a strengths and values based education system is the future.

Erica works closely with creatives and innovators across New Zealand and immerses herself in various organisations and initiatives such as Ministry of Awesome, Te Pūtahi (Centre for Architecture and Citymaking), Creative HQ, Learning Cities Christchurch, Leadership Lab, Young Enterprise Trust and more. A Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum, Erica is connected with many other global communities such as PechaKucha, TEDx and is a member of Asia New Zealand Foundation Leadership Network. She is also a Trustee at Watch This Space – Christchurch Streetart and facilitator for Allyskills NZ and Digital Storytellers.
