Carolyn is the founder of Weaving Futures, an organisation that works relationally with people, helping them navigate the tricky waters of change.

Carolyn combines her significant knowledge and experience of leadership, education, and business, with her skills in design thinking to empower people and communities to become the authors of their own futures. She has developed a design thinking framework to help people make sense of their unique journey of change.

Carolyn is passionate about empowering leaders to be the best they can be. She runs workshops on design thinking and helps organisations think about the impacts of emerging futures. Carolyn works tirelessly to bring equity to all communities within Aotearoa, New Zealand. She is an accredited PLD facilitator for the Ministry of Education.

Carolyn is an experienced system-level leader working across education, business, and government with a proven track record in visionary leadership, change management, strategic planning, and project/programme delivery at Senior Management Level.
