Judy Bruce

"I love working collaboratively with teams to activate personal and collective growth"

Collaborative, sensitive, problem solving

Judy is an experienced facilitator, teacher, and mentor with 15 plus years of research and consultancy experience. Judy is passionate about working in interdisciplinary contexts that generate innovative collective action for a greater good.

After 15 years of teaching and research at the University of Canterbury and 20 plus years of community and youth development work with Te Ora Hou Otautahi, Judy moved to India to work with Freeset (a social enterprise engaged in human trafficking intervention and prevention).

Now a learning and development consultant based in Auckland, Judy is interested in using her vast education and community development experience in a range of intercultural contexts, to engage with organisations facing persistent challenges. Judy loves to work collaboratively with organisations and communities to co-create new and innovative opportunities which enhance personal and collective growth, and move beyond “stuck places”.

Judy is an experienced trainer and facilitator with a passion to see emerging leaders equipped and motivated through a servant leadership approach: “by raising others, we rise”.
