Jason has spent his career working through and supporting others to navigate unprecedented challenges, innovative design briefs, and cross-sector partnerships. With an extensive governance portfolio across regulation, small and large businesses, and not-for-profits, he easily sees things from multiple perspectives. His working life has spanned engineering fabrication, particularly in research and development, through sales, operations management, and supply chain efficacy, always with a people, culture, and leadership development thread. He is just as at home speaking to audiences in the thousands, as he is with a welding torch in his hand.
A trained and accredited coach with a background in Psychology and Human Resource Development, Jason is adept at creating spaces for people to step forward into the next version of themselves. He works with medium and large businesses, social enterprises, BCorps, and those aspiring to do more with their resources. An avid outdoorsman and musician now based in Denver Colorado, Jason can be found hiking and camping with his wife, or in front of a microphone with a guitar and several good friends.
