Building networks and creating collective movements is fundamental to our work
We engage with networks of leaders and support them in developing effective strategies to address their challenges
We place great importance on honest connection and conversation
We host spaces where authentic dialogue, korero and talanoa enables deep listening, debate and connection to enable collective understanding and confident action
We begin with key issues identified by groups of stakeholders and through dialogue we co-design unique responses to complex issues that are implemented and fine tuned over time
Outcomes are greatly enhanced by not approaching issues with formulas or cookie cutter solutions; we begin any process with a ‘blank page’ in order to create solutions together
Both individual and collective leadership shifts are required
We help grow the capacity for collective leadership at a systems level and simultaneously also support the personal transformation that enables people to lead in this way.
At the lastest LinC Activator public workshop – Pete Cammock and Natasha Zimmerman (Unchatter) explored how facilitators create spaces where people can connect deeply and think expansively
Puāwai is a three-month experience for approximately 40 rangatahi/young people aged 15-18 designed to connect and develop a diverse network of “potential leaders, innovators, disruptors, drivers” and help them develop real skills, knowledge.
