Jenn has a legal background, qualified in both Scotland and NZ, and currently works in the philanthropic sector to create positive change. She often works to connect groups and facilitate development of ideas by bringing critical thinking processes into conversation.

Jenn describes herself as a ‘reluctant lawyer’  believing the law can be a useful tool or provide some structure in thinking about justice and equity issues. Working with and for charities has given her a perspective beyond law too and now Jeen is particularly interested in how organisations develop strategic plans and create the environment to achieve them. Jenn’s strengths include learner, restorative and analytical, always looking for something that can be added, and to support others.
