Dia dhaoibh a chairde (‘hello friends’ in Irish)

Fi (she/her) was born in Ireland and has lived in Ōtautahi Christchurch since 2010, therefore the ability to deal with change and be adaptable are ingrained in her. She is a woman who wears many hats, personally and professionally.  She is a strategic people leader, coach, facilitator and consultant who is motivated to help people, teams and communities flourish and thrive, alongside being a mother, partner and household project manager.

She believes that each person has what they need within them to be successful and that her role is to hold spaces for learning, self-reflection and accountability so that they can harness their superpowers and authentically realise their potential. Driven by a vision for ‘equitable and thriving workplaces and communities’, she leverages her strategic
thinking and relationship-based, collaborative approach to harness the strengths of individuals and teams to work
towards their objectives and create courageous cultures of learning, open communication, continuous
improvement and accountability.

Fi is a strategic serial collaborator with a range of fantastic people and organsations in order to scale impact and provoke systems change towards her vision.
