In 2018 Leadership Lab launched the “Ōtautahi Collaborative Leadership Network”; a self-organising professional learning community open to leaders from communities, NGO’s, schools, government agencies and funders who are committed to developing their collaborative leadership.
Over 200 agency and community leaders are connected with this Ōtautahi Collaborative Leadership Network. The network hosts hui every 3 months where leaders are stimulated with new ideas and share learnings from their practice with a view to “Learning and creating action together with communities-in-need to contribute to more interconnected and tangible support”. The network hosts a Collaboration Unconference each year in September where practitioners share their projects and frameworks with their peers.
Each year Leadership Lab also facilitates the Leading Collaborative Partnerships MBA masters paper at the University of Canterbury (see link) and these leaders also facilitate workshops at the Collaboration Unconference. The resources generated by this paper and the Ōtautahi Collaborative Leadership Network are available open source in our resource section (see link)
