Leadership Lab

Leaders for Equity Network – Event Registration Open

Registration & Information about upcoming events here

Equity doesn’t live in isolation – it lives in practice, in people, and in connection. These gatherings bring together the skills, insights, and commitment of a diverse group of leaders to inspire and influence real change.

This is more than a series of events — it’s a movement of leaders for equity, a network, grounded in Leadership Lab’s approach to collective leadership and systems change.

At its foundation lies Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to equitable practice. We focus on:

  • Understanding and dismantling inequitable systems
  • Developing cultural intelligence as leaders and in our organisations
  • Applying an intersectional lens to reshape dominant narratives and build new systems that centre equity, inclusion, and justice

This network provides real touchpoints for those ready to lead this mahi, offering inspiration, connection, and practical tools through shared learning.

Who is it for?

  • Leadership Lab / LinC alumni – weaving people back in
  • Their networks and collaborators
