Many of the Leadership Lab programmes include coaching, where an experienced, qualified and skilled coach works alongside an individual as they grapple with the many dilemmas facing leaders.

We also activate peer mentoring groups that we call Action Learning groups where colleagues from similar settings provide support and challenges in order to expand your thinking.

Outside of our programmes a number of our team offer coaching and mentoring in different capacities to individuals and teams from a range of organisations and business sectors.

Puāwai

How do we support diverse rangatahi who are potential leaders, disruptors and innovators but who have experienced discrimination because of their identity?

Puāwai is a three-month experience for approximately 40 rangatahi/young people aged 15-18 designed to connect and develop a diverse network of “potential leaders, innovators, disruptors, drivers” and help them develop real skills, knowledge.
